Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning, arranging, and meeting schedules and monitoring results.

Responsible for facilities management, inventory control

Responsible for managing cafeteria, housekeeping & services & travel management

Establishes own standard of performance within overall policy or budgetary limits and with direct accountability for final results

Budget development and implementation and management of Administration Division, support Services Department

Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies

Supervise a building's operations and maintenance, real estate, project planning and management, communication, finance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors & Landscaping

Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly

Management of Electrical, DG, AC, UPS Maintenance, Fire safety, CCTV, Access Control, Data Centre needs on a timely basis

Good MS excel with local language

The Incumbent in this job function have greater responsibility of controlling complete coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization.
