Evaluate alternatives, design & recommend viable business solutions within the respective domain.

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities that have business potential.

Participate in account mining in existing accounts.

Plan resource requirements on a continual basis, lead the delivery of multiple projects in the chosen competencies.

Proactively build relationship with customer.

Independently perform a gap analysis (especially in rfps) of the application or products.

Track & implement regulatory compliance requirements.

Actively contribute to the capability development by leading internal/external knowledge sharing sessions, mentoring teams in area of specialization/application.

Exhibit thought leadership by contributing to seminars, conferences & writing white papers.

Build a highly engaged team to ensure associate retention.
