Desired profile
Working with the team to develop in modern React UI applications

Writing high quality code in a fast-paced trading environment

Proactively working to improve code quality and resolve problems as they arise

Keeping abreast of new technologies and tools

Making recommendations for improvement

Taking part in code reviews and contributing to technical design decisions

Working with the team to respond to and advise our clients

Contributing to UI best practice

Continue to develop the UI Framework

Building UI sales/digital platform

Liaising with BA's for requirements

Designing a robust, intuitive system for the business in contemporary JS frameworks like
React

Lead and mentor the UI team - Ability to lead a small to medium size team; 

Perform code reviews

Ability to work in an autonomous fashion

Demonstrated experience programming / software development skills

Awareness of the technology stack and ability to change software with consideration to IT
integration requirements

Ability to multi-task on work and output

Exposure to financial business systems and technologies.

7+ years development experience in the required technology domain;

FX including FX Derivatives   (Mandatory)

Financial markets background preferred (Mandatory)

Solid understanding and exposure to creation of digital customer portals in banking/finance

Extensive commercial expertise with the following technologies:

Excellent experience working with modern web technologies including JavaScript and HTML5

Strong Preference: Experience with React

Experience with Angular JS

Experience using testing tools like Nightwatch.js & Selenium

Scalable & high availability systems

An excellent grasp of English with great communication skills

High usage systems - order of magnitude 25,000 users and lots of data, concurrent usage.
