Educational Qualification: Graduate B.Com, M.Com or MBA specialization in HR from reputed business school

Work location: Bengaluru

Desired profile
Manage entry to exit lifecycle and people experience for supply chain operations staff - First mile managers, FC staff, Hub Managers, Delivery Executives, Loaders etc.

Be responsible for recruiting the right talent in supply chain function

Work with managers to come up with vision for improving training and development

Ensure that the operational staff is always motivated by conducting various employee engagement activities

Manage the payroll and budgeting exercise

Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee’s grievances and work towards its resolution.
