Your future duties and responsibilities:
Configure new Compensation worksheet to support new performance approach

Configure new Compensation statements to support new program and our Total Rewards philosophy

Configure new dashboards and insights to support overall program and process and to support leaders

Enhancements to notifications, Home page tile(s), People Profile, Development and other related, and impacted, modules to optimize the user experience

Create extensions to support unique requirements and provide a seamless user experience

Mobile enabled functionality to support overall process

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Primary Skills : SAP Success factor - Talent module (Performance Management & Goal Management)

Secondary skill: Compensation module

Must have 6+years of IT experience with SAP Success Factors Technical knowledge

Working experience in AMS projects adhering to SLAs

Configure new goal template(s) to support corporate, team and personal goals

Turn on and configure Continuous Performance Management to support new approach

Configure new performance templates to support 1) ad hoc assessments throughout the year and 2) an annual year-end assessment

Configure new Talent Review assessment to support new approach with an updated PPTC

Turn on and configure Calibration for Performance, Talent and Compensation

Success Factors PMGM Certification

Success Factors PMGM full lifecycle implementations
