Job Description
Responsibilities for this
position include working with the design / DFT team to ensure that products
have DFT and DFM features, validation and debug of new product functionality,
test HW/SW development, characterization, releasing cost effective production
test solutions into mass production, driving test cost reduction activities via
multisite implementation and test time reduction, driving yield improvement
activities and supervising device qualification activities.
The individuals selected for the
positions, will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
and be passionate about delivering quality work.
Desired Profile
5 to 7 years of hands on ATE
experience
Thorough understanding of VLSI
technologies
Thorough working knowledge of
semiconductor physics & process technology
Experience with yield
improvement activities is desirable.
Familiarity with statistical
tools such as Jump, datapower, dataconductor is desirable.
Experience with device
qualification/reliability activities such as HTOL and package qualification is
desirable
Hands on experience with ATE
test platforms. Familiarity with Advantest 93K SOC test system is a plus
Experience with RMA evaluation
and debug is desirable
Experience with cost reduction
activities such as test time reduction is a plus
Familiarity with design for test
(DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST
is desirable.
BSEE or equivalent required,
MSEE or equivalent preferred.
Preferred: MSEE with 5+ yrs
