Job Description
Ensures that the Scrum team lives by the
values and practices of Scrum
Scrum Process owner creating a balance with
the Product Owner and the Scrum Team and other stakeholders as applicable. Also
must continuously work with the team to improve the quality and efficiency of
the process
Protect the Scrum Team from external
disturbances
Educating and ensuring the team with
appropriate practice of scrum covering estimation, release planning, sprint
planning, sprint and product backlog maintenance.
Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies (Planning,
Daily Stand-up, Review and Retrospectives)
Manage, track and eliminate Impediments by
interfacing with management and other support functions in the organization
Identify and alert management for Trainings
and other steps necessary to enhance the skills of a scrum team
Contribute to the development activities as a
developer/tester in addition to the scrum master role
Position Description (Part II)
Manager, Concept Engineer, Team and support
functions in the organization
Bachelors/Master’s degree in engineering
CSPO or equivalent
CSP or equivalent is an added advantage
Around 6+ years of experience in embedded
software development as part of a technical team
Of the 6 years, at-least 2 years’ experience
in working in Agile Scrum process framework as a Scrum Master in at least 1
project of min 6 months and a min team size of 5-9
Excellent communication and leadership skills
(Will need to work with teams including senior technical experts)
Good listener
Part of an agile team using the Scrum process
with experience in all the Scrum Ceremonies
Skills in requirements understanding and
management, translating them into User stories (educate/help PO with this role)
Guide the team in estimation, release
planning, Backlog maintenance and
Resolving Impediments
Goal oriented over task focused.
Experience as an embedded developer and/or
tester needing to contribute to the development as needed
