Primary Skill Requirement
Strong experience in SAP PP /
PP-PI (process industry )
Implementation / Support
experience in Process industry is must.
Good exposure to Master data.
Knowledge on Product costing and
Batch Management.
Sound knowledge on MRP and
capacity Planning.
Sound Knowledge in configuration
in the core module and understanding of integration aspects with other SAP
modules
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency with SAP ASAP
project delivery methodology
Writing functional
specifications for RICEFS for Business requirements
Experience from working in
implementation/rollout projects
Experience from working in
support/maintenance projects
Responsible for resolution of
complex / high priority Tickets raised by the users as per the SLA.
Prepare necessary documentation
related to resolution of issues as per the agreement.
Impart sufficient training to
new client users and /or new members of the support team, as per the agreement.
Investigate frequent occurrences
of issues and take necessary remedial action.

QM SKILLS:
At least 1 E2E implementation/
Support experience is a must.
Exposure to sampling procedure,
Quality info-record, Quality Certificate.
Integration with other modules
PP, FI, MM.

according to the client requirement
Sound Knowledge in configuration
and support activities is must
PM Skills:
Master data in plant maintenance
Maintenance Processing (Capacity Planning ,Corrective Maintenance
,Processing external services)
Preventive Maintenance and
controlling functions in Plant Maintenance.
