Work Responsibilities: Responsible for Debit Note & credit Note Entry in ERP software, Tally, 9.0 ERP and Maintain Transactions in Tally 9.0 ERP, of Invoicing Customer Reconciliation in Tally

Collection follow-up on daily basis with every regions and update the inputs on collection projection reports and Collection report updating daily basis and reporting to management daily basis

Maintaining creditors/debtors records and follow-up for settlement of account and also Data entry of journal vouchers, monthly payments and other reconciliation vouchers and Enter cash payments in Tally 9.0 Manually

Handling day to day General Accounting and entering Day to day cash Transactions and also passing the Sales and Service Bill Entries

Assisting in monthly checking stores inventory reports
