Role Description/Activities

Provide 2nd line support for the MyPlace & EngineerPlace desktop services for the Volvo Group according to the VISITS process.

To provide 2nd line support within the GD2S, the team member will have to manage:
Incident, Event & Question handling
Problem handling
Request handling
Knowledge development
Routines and tools improvement
Partner’s coordination
