Description:
Defining business requirements,
scoping, impact analysis; in partnership and collaboration with the business
and obtaining sign-off
Prepares feasibility studies and
supports the design and conceptualization of proposed business solutions
Engage end users to understand
current process, identify gaps and propose solutions options and identified
impacts and risks
Ability to convert simple
business problem statements into fully featured business requirements
Ability to produce business
cases, articulates benefits and metrics to support the business case
Documentation and maintenance of
artifacts- business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, GUI
templates (screen and interface designs), test cases and test scenarios
Liaises with programme / project
managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the
business/functional counterparts
Driving the Quality Assurance of
project deliverables, in collaboration with QA team in defining the testing requirements & testing
Supports program / project teams
on the prioritization of change requests
Reviews and monitors project
progress and provides status reports to various stakeholders
Successfully engage in multiple
initiatives simultaneously
Ability to taken end-2-end
ownership for deliverables
