Have good experience in developing J2EE applications with an n-tier architecture
Have experience with Java related frameworks like Spring, Hibernate
Extensive experience with object-oriented concepts
Strong skills working with relational databases
Be capable of taking complete ownership and accountability for product features/Code components
Be a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
Begin to lead a team technically and be recognized as the subject matter expert in their area.
Be able to design different aspects of a system in collaboration with Architects/Senior engineers
Participate in architecture discussions and recommend solutions for product changes
Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team
Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams on various aspects of the solution.
Ability to quickly ramp up and learn new technologies.
Ability to work in Unix like environment.
Core Java, Swings and Struts, spring, web service (REST/SOAP), experience in webapp development
Above 5 years of work experience in Core java, J2EE, Spring/hibernate, MVC frameworks
Strong analytical & technical skills
Strong foundation in Data structures, Algorithms and Design patterns
Good in Linux / Unix
