Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Design, Development and Enhancements in Project Modules

2. Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Impact Analysis, Testing, Reviews, Implementation and Documentation, Production Support.

3. Project Estimation, Requirement Analysis, Project Planning and Tracking, Issues Resolution, Status Reporting, Risk Management

4. Design Document and Unit Test Case Preparation for Project Life cycle

5. Coordinate with onsite counterparts for Application/Requirement analysis of modules.

6. Estimate efforts required, preparing understanding documents, preparing technical and functional specification documents of the incoming task.

7. Task distribution within team, tracking dates of deliveries and preparing deployment plan.

8. Code review for performance tuning.

9. Code review to make sure all coding standards are obeyed both at database and code level.

Desired Profile
1. Experience in .NET development.

2. Good programming skill in ASP.Net Or WPF/Win forms

3. Good programming skill in SQL.

4. 2+ years in ASP.net/WPF/Win forms and SQL is mandatory

5. Minimum 1 years experience in leading a team of 5-10 resources

6. Excellent development experience on Asp.Net projects with SQL Server 2008 R2 Database knowledge & Silverlight.

7. Should be able work independently with minimal guidance.

8. Excellent Requirements Analysis - Analytical and Technical Specification Skills

9. Good hold on Object Oriented Design Concepts and Patterns
10. Excellent communication & presentation skills Preferred Skills: SharePoint skills will be an added advantage.
