Job Description
Software Engineers assists in providing technical enabling for one or many product(s) and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the engineering team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Desired Profile
Qualifications: You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science or Electronics or a related field, with more than five years experience. Candidates with a Master's degree in a related field and more than three years of experience may also apply.

Additional qualifications include:
Sound technical fundamentals of Computer Architecture, Operating System, software development process, C and/or C++

Hands on device driver development or validation on tablets or PC would be an added advantage

Familiarity with graphics technologies like display interfaces, 3D graphics, OpenGL, 2D engine, content protection, codecs and video playback etc

Technical understanding of GPUs, graphics drivers for Windows desired

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management, decision making and problem solving skills

Stakeholder and conflict management skills

Interest to travel to conduct business with third party vendors

Familiarity with computer setup, driver and/or application installation and Windows* application/device driver debug capability would be an added advantage

Knowledge of Intel Graphics would be an added advantage
