Job Description
Responsibilities include but not be limited
to: Supporting Intel's Android based products from debug perspective.
Debug support for OEM/ODM reported defects to
hardware/ software/ driver etc. using available tools, methodologies to root
cause the defect.
Working with customer engineering teams to
help and resolve customers' technical questions, participates in customers
visits, and presentations.
Acting as technical experts, consultants,
analysts. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur.
Working directly with Software Developers,
architects, OS kernel developers and Product Leads
Desired Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor's or a Master's
degree in Engineering (Computer science/ Electronics).
Experience:
4 plus years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of processor architecture,
Android internals and Kernel functionalities
Hands on Android device driver experience.
Minimum of 3 years of device driver (like I2C, SPI, USB, UART etc.) or system
software development experience in Android Linux/ other operating systems.
Experience with debug tools (such as
Lauterbach, Greenhills/ American arium)
Knowledge of Gerrit and GIT.
Ability to work with a degree of ambiguity.
Keen and determined effort to resolve the
issues affecting the customers
