2. Relationship building skills with customers and stakeholder management.

3. Project Management skills

4. Commercials budgeting, tracking expenses, cost reduction process, escalation management, pro-active issue handling, understanding of SLA/OLA etc

5. ITIL Process knowledge.

Good to Have:
1. Knowledge about application operations.

2. People management skills.

3. Exposure to quality standards like BS7799

4. Promoting and supporting the industrialization initiatives across accounts.
