Job Description
A minimum of 5yrs years of experience in creating content.
Must have worked on proposals to align it with corporate guidelines
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio,
PowerPoint, Help Authoring Tools.
Optional: Adobe FrameMaker, SnagIt.
Excellent command of the English language and strong communication
skills.
Ability to analyze the requirements.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Develop a variety of technical and project-related documentation
including reference manuals, user guides, presentations, and release notes.
Review and edit documentation produced by technical and non-technical
personnel.
Update current documentation whenever new functionality is
implemented.
Ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial
specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage,
format, and style.
Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff located in
different geographic locations to gather data for documentation.
Manage and drive documents through the review and approval processes.
