Desktop Admin

Candidate should have work exp of 2+years in remote Desktop operations

Sound Knowledge on Windows 7 and XP operating systems

Candidate must possess good spoken/email communication skills

Candidate must have worked on a Helpdesk/Service Desk tool (preferably HPSM)

Candidate must have Windows Desktop certification (or relevant certification)

MS Office 2010, 2007 and 2003 exposure is mandatory

Knowledge on ITIL, knowledge on Incident management and Change Management

Providing services through phone and email.

Candidate should have worked with a US or Europe customer, interfacing with users on a daily basis.
