Job Description
Design Center Manager (DCM) for MPD India design center. Will be
responsible for the efficient operation of the Design Center in five main
areas:
1. Finance (revenue and expense)
2. Project Management (milestone attainment)
3. Design Process, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
4. Personnel
5. Execution Operating requirements are documented in spec# 01-00225.
Desired Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, retain large design teams.
Understanding and ability to evolve new and efficient design methodologies.
Must have good circuit, logic and memory design fundamentals.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think out-of-the-box to
develop innovative strategies.
Ability to organize and lead product design from conception to
silicon.
Ability to communicate, influence and inspire supervisors, peers and
subordinates.
Attention to detail, meticulous approach to problem solving.
Interpersonal skills to lead a cross-divisional and cross-functional
team, Excellent communication skills, Maturity and self-confidence.
