Responsibilities
Work closely with clients, developers, QA, system administrators and BA’s to build Adobe AEM- WCM solutions.
Design and develop the WEM solutions based on customer requirements, using Adobe – AEM product,
Develop and integrate content-driven applications on top of the Adobe-AEM core platform, and integrate with other systems
Understand business requirements and use methods/models to determine appropriate WCM solutions.
Being Hands-on with the core Web technologies and work within a high technically focused team to implement solutions.
Define implementation processes, and best practices

Requirements
Good understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Good exposure in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience
Good knowledge in Day CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all Day CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc, and the CQ development and deployment process.
Great understanding of core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications
Overall experience of 3 to 6 years with 1-2 years of web content management system experience working with one or more CMS packages a big plus.
