Business analysis and
requirements definition
Creation of functional
specification
Liaise with QA and
development teams for software development
Documentation related to product
such as user guides, release notes
Required Skills:
Good understanding sets
under management.
Excellent domain
understanding especially in area of Securities such as fixed income, equity;
portfolio accounting
Good knowledge of relational
databases (SQL / Oracle), should be able to write SQL & understand stored
procedures.
Excellent grasp of Data
Warehousing & Data Mining concepts.
Should be familiar with
data mapping activities from an external
source to underlying data base
Good foresight on what is
happening in industry and among competitors to provide suggestions on product
roadmap ahead.
Project management skills
to meet strict deadlines
Experience in business
analysis/data management
Knowledge of different business
rules and data across asset class and across data type e.g., legal entity,
corporate action and global markets
Must have strong
understanding of reference data, eg, Bloomberg Bulk Data License, Reuters Data
scope
Familiarity with over
500+ core reference and market data attributes
Excellent communication
and presentation skills
The position calls for
strong Excel skills for data mining and documentation
Experience of daily
interaction with clients
Willingness and
experience assisting other group members - technical and administrative
Must have excellent
problem solving skills
Must be able to work as a
team member & independently
Must be detail oriented.
