Job Description:
he incumbent is responsible for driving HR Engagement on key
initiatives as Voice of Employee Survey, Annual Employee Events and Corporate
Social Responsibility. Being the face of HR, the role demands keeping in touch
with employees on key drivers of engagement and working with Management to
drive initiatives those areas.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, implement and administer company-wide HR programs.
Drive small and large group discussions to continuously gauge employee
pulse and steer programs according to the needs
Own the implementation of Action planning and review for site wide
VoE(Voice of Employee) survey
Own the implementation of HR Dashboard and analytics to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of HR
Actively own and drive the Annual employee engagement event and lead
the steering committee for recreation and employee events.
Own the India Corporate Social Responsibility Program and work with
Corporate on budget planning, tracking and employee contribution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have following-
Proven expertise in employee engagement aspect of Human Resources
Excellent ability to present and lead large forum discussions
Ability to influence decision-making
Excellent drive to engage employees and create momentum in initiatives
Proven track record of ability to solve problems
Qualifications:
Masters degree in HR from a top notch Institute
Two plus years of experience in HR
Very good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to meet aggressive targets and cope with changes
Effective oral and written communication skills
