Strong
BSS telecom domain experience for CRM implementation. Have experience of two End-to-End Siebel CRM
Telecom specific from Design to post - implementation support as Designer in
tier 1 / 2 Telecom Operators. Should be Siebel Certified consultant Preferred
7.X or 8 Experience in Siebel with proficiency in Configuration, Scripting, WF,
EIM ,EAI etc Work experience in Siebel 7.x earlier versions and other Siebel
tool Basic Understanding of Siebel
Administration Database setup Understanding of UML, OOAD, SOA , SOAP etc
Have knowledge of Tool utilities like MS
Visio , Rational Clear Quest, Rational Clear Case, VSS , Mercury Quality Center, Hands on experience
in RDBMS Oracle , MS SQl , Sybase.. and scripting language Perl , Shell Script
Ability to understand customer requirements, design CRM solutions, manage
customer requirements and ability to have a big picture view of the whole
solution. Fair Understanding of eTOM framework, SID, TAM and NGOSS
architecture. Have knowledge of Quality and Configuration Chairing of
calls face to face interaction with
other project stake holders and end customers for Technical presentation, POC
and other demos Exposure and work experience on ADM, Migration T
