Required Skills:
MBA (Finance) with B.Com between
with 7-11 years or CA between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in one or
more of the following
Fund Accounting, Hedge
Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Investment Banking or in the Financial
Services sector
Hold your own in a conversation
with a team of Designers, Product Owner, Architect, Project Managers and
Developers
Be someone who has an eye for
detail, an inquisitive mind and an ability to extricate requirements using a
variety of methods
Understanding of pricing
mechanism and corporate actions processing is required.
Quickly gain an understanding of
our organization and culture as well as our controls, processes
Demonstrate analysis and sharing
of complex information
Knowledge of valuation of
financial instruments including bond valuation using Yield is desirable
Able to work on multiple streams
of work To work collaboratively with
other juniors and ability to scale up in managing them Strong Accounting Knowledge
Experience with software
functional design and implementation is a definite plus Good understanding of accounting
principles, Fund accounting a plus.Needed quick learner with
analytical and problem solving approach to unstructured problems.Fund accounting experience for
large Indian AMC's or from MNC administrators, global custodians, hedge funds
also can be considered
Fund accounting working knowledge
is an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
Deeply understand the user needs
and be able to communicate with engineers Should be able to have successful
Client interaction for understanding their business requirements To be able to coordinate the
tasks of other junior analysts and help them in providing inputs Work on issues which are raised
by onsite client support consultants and provide timeline for delivery of fix
or solutions
Participate in RFP responses;
assist in preparing client demos/POC, gap analysis Works with Business development,
Business analysts, SMEs to understand business requirements and ensure development
outcome meets those needs.
Review and own the functional
requirements raised by different geographical locations Act as a liaison between the
clients and the R&D team i.e. analyzing the clients requirements and
prepare functional specifications for the development team to arrive at the
required output Provide functional training to clients, peers, engineers Validating and testing of
development to attain expertise in the product functionalities Discuss and keep senior analysts
updated on complex requirements which needs more understanding of the
business/client workflow
