Job Description
Position Overview: As the Corporate Account Executive you will manage the strategic relationship of our existing customer accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts; understand your accounts business objectives; and coordinate internal company resources to ensure customer satisfaction with Replicon solutions and services. With our users being worldwide, the majority of communication with customers is via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have excellent business communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with an existing customers base, aware of the distinct needs of these types of accounts and what it takes to satisfy them, and is motivated to succeed in a farming sales environment.

This inside sales opportunity will use your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for Replicon, and with our users being worldwide the majority of your communication will be through telephone and computer technology. We want our sales representatives to use their own exceptional sales ability combined with our innovative way of selling software to build on a long term career opportunity within our company. We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, with a proven sales track record and have worked in a similar role previously.

 Responsibilities:
Master Replicons innovative system for selling
Ensure your assigned accounts are successfully using Replicons solutions
Cultivate relationships with clients to protect current revenue stream
Identify and capitalize on growth and expansion opportunities within each account
Effectively manage all of your assigned leads while managing a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Stay current with your product knowledge of Replicons software solutions
Be able to configure and effectively demonstrate Replicons software solutions to address the customer requirements and provide business value.
The role requires the employee to work in the North-American shift timings.

 Desired Profile
Qualifications: University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
4+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in software solution sales
Software sales experience with a practice of solution selling, preferably to the North American audience
Proven experience working with computers and/or software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A Sales Farmer mentality
Must be willing to work in North American shift timings
