Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include SaaS CRM configuration for 2000
users, along with support for key Sales and Service business processes.
Focus areas will include Semiconductor Sales & Service process
development and support for pipeline management, leads management, Service
Request Management, customer master, territory management, and worldwide
reporting for Cypress employees, manufacturer, reps and distributors.
Other responsibilities include: Work with business community to drive
process and system solutions; Translate business requirements to functional
design specifications; Write and maintain process and technical documentation;
Develop and conduct end user testing and training.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, 1-2 years of system
analyst related experience.
Experience with Oracle CRM On-Demand administration and application
configuration support
Semiconductor Industry knowledge and experience desired
Excellent communication skills, MS Office power user with strong Excel
skill set
