                ·        Able to work withminimal supervision, within a team, and be able to effectively communicate withthe team.
·        Participate in teamestimation, design meetings, interface with other Engineers in the team andmentor the team in                Java J2EE technologies.
·        Interact with theonsite team, seek clarifications and understand the requirements.
·        Perform coding as perthe technical specifications and ensure bug free deliverables.
·        Write unit tests andperform peer reviews.
