Credit cards underwriting and processing of credit card
applications as per policy guidelines, maintaining accuracy level and adhering
to TAT in order to have minimal error
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Productivity
Achieving daily productivity numbers consistently
To have minimal carry forward/pending
CREDIT QUALITY
Accurate implementation of policy norms & guidelines
Quick implementation of changes
Nil critical errors & minimal non critical errors
Accurate capturing of Decline codes and Deviation
codes/levels
Taking logical and sensible calls on deviations and minimize
restarts
Aim towards reducing delinquency (especially First Payment
defaults)
MANAGE REGION OWNERSHIP
Handle priority requests from locations
Handle & resolve queries and complaints
Feedback to Regions on quality of applications and
documentation
Preferably candidate with 0-3 years experience.
