Job Description
This position would be an excellent opportunity to join the WFIS team in supporting a critical function within the Wells Fargo enterprise, monitoring tool environment.

The manager will be responsible for coordinating with US teams consisting of various verticals of monitoring tools. The manager will be responsible for creating a collaborative team environment for the support teams.

Candidate Desired Profile
Proven ability to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of contacts including business and technical groups easily, ability to communicate with various levels of management.

Demonstrated previous experience with estimating and sizing enhancements and new large complex projects

Good leadership skills, must have demonstrated ability to lead a group of developers and engineers.

Experience managing production support, engineering and allied teams

Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team across all levels of management, both written and verbal

Experience in matrix management and ability to work with virtual delivery teams is key

Experience in identifying the key metrics for application and platform level and drive improvements.

Experience in defining working models and provide framework level solutions for complex problems

Proven track record of delivering software systems on schedule and budget

Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Experience in evaluating and developing junior support staff

Experience delivering high availability systems

Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology

Mandatory experience in support and implementation of one or many of (HP OML, SCOM, BAC, Net cool, 
Ionix,HPNA).

Database administration and security experience

Knowledge of financial services and banking; specifically consumer credit and loan applications
