Providing technical guidance

Hands on coding

Eliminate blockers (when team is struck with problems)

Keen to learn new technologies.

Good Engineering basics (Example: Build, DevOps how DevOps work)
Self-motivated, Proactive

We expect this person to speak to the client and sort out the issues on build, providing steps to 
eradicate, issues in CR, does impact analysis given any scenarios.
