Desired Profile
As a Team Lead for the Software Development Test Team you
will strive to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication,
creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
You will operative lead our local team in Bangalore.
You will lead and coordinate work with other teams around
the world so some travelling is required.
You will participate in design discussions and contribute to
test design, test case definition and analysis.
You will design test tools and help build test
infrastructure and processes to support testing the product.
You will build solid collaborative relationships with
Developers and Test Engineers with our other teams around the world.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Automation testing for both Web
& Mobile applications.
Must have understanding of Schneider products and how to
expose their value to customers.
Strong experience in Selenium Web driver with Test NG
framework or any related ones.
Should have strong Java coding skills.
Strong experience in Automation testing of ios & Andriod
applications using Perfecto/Device Anywhere/Appium or any related tools.
Working experience in J-meter or any related performance
tools.
Should also have worked with Web services like REST, SOAP UI
tests using Swagger, SOAP UI Pro tools.
Should be a strong advocate of agility and be willing to
think out of the box and do things differently.
Exposure to JIRA or related tools.
Reasonably tech savvy.
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong at analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
Should be a good team player.
Should have a strong desire for new technology and building
tools that will be widely used.
