Job Description
8 years of related experience in the physical design &
verification of ASIC/SOC products.
Hands-on physical verification experience with the clear understanding
of foundry run sets
Experience on analyzing, debugging and fixing DRC/LVS violations at
block level & full chip level.
Good understanding on DFM rules, metal fill and density, antenna,
IR/EM & power analysis Knowledge on floor planning, power planning,
Package, IO Padring, ESD & integration of analog/RF blocks Clear
understanding of the ASIC libraries, physical verification flows and
methodologies.
A good team player able to work with cross-functional colleagues,
leads, project/program managers. Experience with all tape-in /tape-out related
activities and must have tapped out multiple ASIC/SOCs.
Desired Profile
BS or MS with 12 years of experience in the physical implementation
domain and strong domain knowledge in 1-2 areas above. Preference for Intel
22nm/14nm design exposure is very useful.
