Job Description
In this position, the individual will be responsible for validating our EFDs. Using their QA expertise, script writing skills and knowledge of black / white / grey / glass box testing, this individual will design, implement and execute both automated and manual tests. The individual will work with members of Quality Assurance, Program Managers, Development and Customer Support teams to assure quality with on time delivery. The individual must be execution focused, have excellent leadership & communication skills and have a passion for Quality.

Desired Candidate Profile
BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.

A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
