Job Description
Design, Development and Enhancements in Project Modules

2. Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Impact Analysis, Testing, Reviews, Implementation and Documentation, Production Support.

3. Project Estimation, Requirement Analysis, Project Planning and Tracking, Issues Resolution, Status Reporting, Risk Management

4. Design Document and Unit Test Case Preparation for Project Life cycle

5. Coordinate with onsite counterparts for Application/Requirement analysis of modules.

6. Estimate efforts required, preparing understanding documents, preparing technical and functional specification documents of the incoming task.

7. Task distribution within team, tracking dates of deliveries and preparing deployment plan.

8. Code review for performance tuning.

9. Code review to make sure all coding standards are obeyed both at database and code level. Location: Bangalore with valid Passport to Travel across anywhere (Without any issues in Passport)

Desired Profile
Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating software solutions following Microsoft’s best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns. 8 or more years’ experience developing software systems using Microsoft .Net with prior years’ experience with Visual Basic 6.0. Strong experience in designing and implementing solutions using: VB.Net C# for Windows based application with Framework 2.0 3.0 4.0 and above. Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills. Good in Design & modeling relational databases in Oracle 9i and above Hands on experience in writing stored procedures Triggers and Scripts in Oracle. Good in CMM Level 5 Processes. Minimum 4 years’ experience leading technical teams by providing support in below o Technical Help Implementing Quality Process Allocating Tasks & Executing Participate in Design & code reviews Reporting back to Project Manager Ability to anticipate potential problems determine and implement solutions. Experience working with onsite teams from Offshore. Ability to deal with clients and travel to project sites. Must be a team player and include others in technical/project decision making process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to document and present architectural design and standards. Works with team members who have different backgrounds points of view or work styles. Interacts and collaborates with technical colleagues and cross-functional groups. Proven Track record of on-time delivery of projects. Flexible on Working Time. Very Good Attitude. Preferable Skills: Experience in packaging and deployment Tools to deploy the solution in multiple places. Prior Experience in Re-Engineering and Migration projects in similar like VB.6.0 to .Net Windows application. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience integrating with SAP technologies
