Job Description
In this position, the individual will be responsible for Verification
sign-off of various SoC. The individual will complement the US team in
development of ASIC verification methodologies. They should provide leadership
in terms of both technical and people management. The individual will be responsible
for building team and developing processes. Should bid for new
projects/activities. The individual will mentor and support the junior
engineers
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 6-10
years' experience in Frontend ASIC Verification flow and 1-2 years' experience
as a team leader. The individual will have experience in leading teams
performing RTL and gate level verifications of SoC and design IPs. Knowledge of
verification requirements of processor based SoC. Experience in a multi-site
environment, interacting with teams in other sites. Expertise in Verilog, e and
C/C++. Possess good managerial skills and communication skills. The individual
must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to coordinate priorities and
initiatives. Outstanding management skills, including diplomacy, clear
communication style and employee development. High level of skill in
developing, mentoring, empowering, managing, and supporting staff. Excellent
planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced
and limited resource environment. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented
creative thinker.
Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 7 or more years of related
experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in
a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however,
must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to
work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability
to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet
deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal
