Job Description
Essential Skills
6 Years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of .NET experience
Working experience with .NET framework 4.0 and above
Working experience in WCF
Working experience in SSRS
Working experience in K2 Process Engine
Working experience in OOAD and UML
Good experience in SQL Server is must
Good experience in developing layer architecture.
Must have awareness of SDLC methodologies and quality processes
Excellent communication, written and verbal

Direct experience writing code using following (Minimum 5 years of strong development experience using .Net)
 .NET 4.0 and above framework
 Microsoft Enterprise Library
 ADO.NET and ODP.NET
 Experience working with K2 process
 Experience working with OOAD & UML
 Experience working with SSRS
 AJAX Control Toolkit or other AJAX technologies
 Visual Studio 2010
 Team Foundation Server
Direct experience developing
 Object-oriented applications (if that is not too obvious to say)
 .NET Web Services as both a consumer and provider
 Reports using Microsoft Report Viewer
 Interactive Calendars using Microsoft Calendar Control or other technologies
 AJAX-capable web pages
 Tiered web applications (i.e. apps having UI, business logic, and data access layers)
 In a team situation


Initial Experience: .NET 4.0, SSRS, K2
Desirable: UML, OOAD, Object Oriented Application development, ASP
