Job Description
Candidate should be able to develop a long term strategy for consumer growth which will include building brand preference and drive consideration. Candidates in her/his prior roles should have handled large integrated consumer campaigns, managed agencies ( both creative and media), be well versed media buying - both digital and offline. Track record as a manager / leader important consideration.

Desired Profile
Candidate with 15+ years of experience, a business school graduate. Skillsets to include managing a large number of stakeholders, strong communication skills, ability to develop and drive new, innovative marketing programs and strong brand management fundamentals. Vital player within marketing team to be key conduit between MNC and retail teams to enable synergies across consumer communication. Should be capable of driving robust team synergies, development and leadership within his /her team.
