Bestinet India is currently looking for Technical Architect
to join our growing company. The candidate should have an extensive experience
in Java web based application. Responsible to build the highly scalable &
robust enterprise applications, and provide the technical guidance to the team.
Suitable candidate should have strong technical background with solution skills
in Java/J2EE. We are looking for dynamic, talented persons who are ready for a
challenge where teamwork, technical ability, client interaction, and
problem-solving skills are essential.
Understand the business
complexity and quickly turn around with solutions for a scenario
Researches, tests and
coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client
requirements.
Assist to address problems by
coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team and
provide Technical Solutions, Proof of Concepts.
Assists in evaluation and
recommendation of latest technologies and provides valuable inputs
Helps the team to Architect and
Design the robust applications
Should able to pick up the
complex modules or new technologies and provide the framework for the team
Hands-on coding is a must.
Candidate
must be from Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent streams (BE/
M.Tech).
Overall
experience 12 - 14 years in IT Industry.
Understand
company needs to define system specifications
Strong
Architecture and Design experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Good in
design patterns, able to review the code and provide the recommendations on
coding style and best practices.
Based on
the requirements, should able to quickly come up with proof of concepts for
critical modules/new frameworks
Evaluate
and select appropriate software, hardware & suggest integration methods
Plan,
Design and solution the complex business modules/scenarios
Ensure
the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
Address
technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
Monitor
systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Good
communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
