Position Title: Executive Assistant No of position: 1 Location: Bangalore Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory) Work Exp: 3+ yrs of Experience handling the office of Senior Manager/ AVP 
Position Summary:

This position has the responsibility to provide high end support to the Senior Vice President in execution of projects / streaming processes in the Change Management team.

To handle day-to-day administrative work besides supporting the Senior Vice President and the Change Management function with Organizing meeting, follow up on actionable, MI updates, travel plan, visitors co-ordination etc.

Key Accountability:
Administrative work for the SVPs office (scheduling meeting, MOM tracking, information, mail/file handling, correspondence, visitor handling, travel, office supplies).

Supporting in preparatory work prior to attending key meetings & follow up on open issues.
Invoicing and MI related responsibilities eg : telephone / travel bill clearance, weekly reports, MRM updates,

Arranging National and International travel for Change Mgt dept
Managing the calendar of SVP & VP of Change Mgt dept
Co-ordinate between locations to aid streamlining of processes under Change Management.
