The incumbent will be provide Expert Level SOX governance on behalf of Finance and responsible for:

1. Anticipating and refining the SOX controls, assign new

2. control owners, gap resolutions and deficiencies.

3. Perform the overall review of SOX controls in coordination with Internal Audit (IA) and External Auditors (EA) for HPi and modify program and controls as deemed necessary

4. Coordinate overall with IA on population of controls and owners

5. Coordinate SOX process training

6. Monitor deficiency across finance and ensure appropriate remediation is timely taken

7. Coordinate assessment and impact analysis for deficiencies with IA and financial practices

The incumbent will also be the responsible for the interaction with Internal Audit:

1. Represent WW controllership in the IA Finance Leadership Board

2. Review for adequacy and monitor remediation efforts for reportable and significant audit issues

3. Facilitate WW Controllership escalations on open audit issues

Expectations:

1. Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

2. Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

3. Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.

4. Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

5. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

6. Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.

7. Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.

Education and Experience Required:

1. First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e. g. , Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

2. Typically 6 years of experience as a financial analyst.

3. Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

4. Experience with SOX compliance at an enterprise level

5. Big 4 experience strongly preferred
