Working exp. in UNIX and Windows
Experience in XML, XML, parsers,
and XSL
Flexibility to travel to
client/IBM locations within and outside Bangalore/India, on a need-basis
Good interpersonal and
communications skills - both written and oral
Ability to understand high level
solution, translate to designs and write quality code
Gain respect, engage for the
long-term partner and become a trusted advisor to clients
Mostly self-driven, lead
implementation modules and teams, as and when required
Good problem-solving skills and
flexibility to stretch outside comfort zones
Ability to handle tough,
stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
Passion to learn and continuously
improve - product, solution and technical depth and consulting skills
