SAP CRM (Functional- Sales & Services) (4-7 years of experience)
- SAP CRM 7.0 (Sales, Services, Marketing, Web UI & Customer Interaction modules)
SAP BO (6-8 years of experience)
Data Service, Webi, Crystal Reports, Xcelcius, minimum two E2E SAP BO implementations
Web Technology
Java Production Support with Unix (3-6 years of experience)
- Ready to work in a 24 X 7 work environment
Java (3-6 years of experience)
- Java/ J2EE, Core Java, Ajax, JSP, Servlets, struts, spring and hibernate.
SFDC (3-7 years of experience)
- End to End Salesforce implementation and developing custom applications on the Force.com platform.(Apex, Visualforce and Web Services Integration), Data migration using Salesforce data loader and ETL tools and integration Business Intelligence.
TIBCO Spotfire
- 3+ year of experience in BI domain, finance with 3+ years of Work in Data Visualization tool TIBCO Spotfire with other BI reporting tools., able to lead the technical team and proactively work with customer for requirements and estimations.
Telecom
CRAMER (4-6 years of experience)
- Network Inventory Management system (IMS) COTS products – Amdocs-Cramer / Metasolv M6 / Telcordia-Granite / Netcracker / Oracle-UIM-Objectel, 2+ years of IMS implementation experience in at least one of the COTS products stated above, Telecom domain knowledge (NMS, OSS), Java or PL/SQL, zest for learning advanced technical/functional aspects, Client facing abilities
Netcool (4-6 years of experience)
- Telecom Service Assurance solution design and delivery, IBM Tivoli Network Management and Netcool product suites, standard fault reporting interfaces e.g ASCII, CORBA, SNMP, CMIP and other network protocols like telnet, SSH Programming experience on Shell, Perl, Java and Oracle, Telecom Network Management processes and standards, interactions between Service Assurance and fulfillment domains, integrations with Inventory management systems, Performance management systems, trouble ticketing systems
Qualification: Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS CA / ICWA / MBA PGDIT (2 years full time and approved by AICTE)
Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience, subject to minimum reduction in experience, as per current TCS policy Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%) Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible.
