Job Description
Responsible for sustainability, carbon footprinting and
reporting solutions offered from HSC across Tesco Group
Implement and maintain sustainability reporting tools to
capture sustainability data across Tesco group and publish periodic reports.
Support user community and drive changes in the reporting platform
Supervising and coaching senior analysts and analysts.
Ensure that the carbon and other Corporate Social
Responsibility KPIs are correctly reported on time each quarter
Build strong relationships with and provide support for UK
and Group climate change teams
Consistently apply agreed ways of working, policies and
processes I identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
which improve the service provided.
Develop productive peer-to-peer relationships between HSC
and UKand Group colleagues and stakeholders.
Energise and influence others to get the job done and
deliver great results.
Lead the Road Map for the team
The team have a clear set of objectives, a current personal
development and career plan.
The team retains good personnel.
